About Us: Our Philosophy

The Power of Small Actions Positive Impact Behavior Collective was founded on a simple but profound premise: every action we take ripples outward. Whether it’s how we show up for our families, our environment, or ourselves, our behavior has the power to shape our world. We aren’t here to "fix" anyone; we are here to provide the behavioral framework and community support you need to find your own path forward. With the help of behavior consultants trained in behavior analysis we help help you find your path to your desired future. When we change the way we interact with the world, the world changes with us.

About Our Founder

Expertise Driven by Community Founded by Christie Smith, a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in San Diego County, the Collective is built on a deep understanding of human behavior and the dynamics of successful communities. Christie’s dream was to move behavior science beyond traditional clinical settings and into the heart of the community.

Her vision is to foster a space where support is mutual—where every member has a positive impact on the group simply by being present. At Positive Impact, we believe you are the author of your own life. Christie and her team aren’t here to solve your problems for you; we are here to provide the behavioral tools and the community scaffold you need to discover your own solutions and make your goals a reality.

The ECOSYSTEM OF SUCCESS

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to Positive Impact Behavior—using the precision of behavior science to engineer environments where your best self emerges by default.

The Heart: Positive Impact Behavior

Before we build the community, we design the blueprint. Our core methodology is rooted in E.V.B. (Environment, Values, and Behavior). We don't rely on fleeting motivation; we focus on the environmental variables that actually drive long-term change. As your Behavioral Success Partner, I help you bridge the gap between your deepest intentions and your daily behaviors.

The Four Pillars of the Collective

The Heart powers the Pillars. Each branch of the Collective is a "social ecosystem" where you can practice, refine, and generalize your new behavioral designs.

Pillar 1: Nexus Social Groups (Community)

The "Ecosystem" for Connection. Isolated change is difficult. Nexus social groups and Analog Meet ups provides structured social environments designed to foster organic reinforcement and genuine belonging. We swap digital scrolling for meaningful human interaction, helping you build a "social fitness" that supports your mental and physical longevity.

Pillar 2: Professional Mentorship

The "Ecosystem" for Leadership. For behavior professionals and high-performers, growth requires modeling. Our mentorship programs provide the scaffolding you need to master complex professional skills, navigate mandated requirements, and lead your own "collectives" with ethical precision and scientific rigor.

Pillar 3: Precision Tutoring

The "Ecosystem" for Mastery. Whether you are preparing for your BCBA exam or mastering a new subject, we use Fluency-Based Instruction to ensure your knowledge is rock-solid. We don't just teach the material; we teach the behaviors of learning that lead to 100% mastery.

Pillar 4: Community Events (The Analog Club)

The "Ecosystem" for Presence. This is where the collective comes to life. From art workshops to movement sessions, our Analog Club events are designed to be "phone-free zones." We create experiences that are physically incompatible with digital consumption, allowing you to reclaim your focus and reconnect with the world in real-ti
